Catering

• Arriving at the hospital after 10.30 you can only have dinner.
• Arriving at the hospital after 12.30 you can not eat on the same day.
• On the day of discharge from the hospital, you can only have breakfast.
• It is forbidden to store food in the ward. The refrigerator is located in the hallway on the floor (write on things after the name and ward number)

Visiting

Visits are allowed daily from 16.00 to 18.00.

Visiting the intensive care unit in the period from 16.00 to 18.00 for one family member for 15 minutes.

In neonatal intensive care, visiting is allowed only to parents.

Payout

• Payment for paid services and wards on the floor by invoice (preferably by bank card).
• The women's clinic of West Tallinn Central Hospital has a daily bed fee of 5€.
• The bill must be paid to the department assistant or on-call nurse/on-call midwife on the day of prescription.

Photographing and video recording

Dear patients and loved ones! Please note that photographing and video or audio recording of hospital staff and other patients is prohibited on the territory of the West Tallinn Central Hospital and in the premises of all units of the hospital.

Smoking

NB! Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hospital.

There is a 30 m smoke-free area around the hospital.
