Our paid services are designed for patients who wish to see a specialist or undergo examinations without a referral or for those who do not have health insurance. We also offer health packages for preventive check-ups and general health assessments.
Additionally, our Family Centre provides services that support the development and well-being of your child.

Paid appointment with a specialist
We welcome you to book a paid appointment with a specialist in the following cases:
- You wish to see a specialist without a referral, in specialties that normally require one.
- You want an examination or procedure without a referral (excluding radiological examinations and procedures, which still require a referral).
- You would like to get a faster appointment than the Health Insurance Treatment Queue allows.
- You need specialised medical care, but do not have health insurance from the Health Insurance Fund.
Important to know:
During a paid appointment, a specialist consultation is provided, and any additional examinations or procedures are available for a fee, according to the current price list.

Health Check Packages “My Health”
Preparation for each study (for example, whether you can eat or drink beforehand) depends on the specific package.

Health Audit is a comprehensive health check-up package that includes laboratory tests, diagnostic examinations and a consultation with a general practitioner to assess your overall health.

Health Audit Plus is a comprehensive health check-up for women and men that includes laboratory and diagnostic tests as well as a specialist consultation. The package takes into account the specific health screening needs of women and men.
The Heart Health Package is a comprehensive heart health check-up in Tallinn designed to assess cardiovascular health and identify risk factors for cardiovascular disease. The package includes laboratory tests, blood pressure measurement, an ECG, an exercise ECG stress test and a consultation with a general practitioner.
Metabolism Package Plus includes blood tests, vitamin and mineral level assessments, as well as lactose tolerance testing and screening for coeliac disease. The package also includes a consultation with a nutritional therapist.
The package for women includes:
- cancer markers and related analyses: carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), CA 15-3, CA 125, CA 19-9, tumour antigen HE4, complete blood count, thyrotropin (TSH), alanine aminotransferase (ALT)
- cancer genetic risk assessment questionnaire
- general practitioner consultation
- report with survey responses
The package for men includes:
- cancer markers and related analyses: alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), prostate-specific antigen (PSA), free prostate-specific antigen (free PSA), complete blood count, thyrotropin (TSH), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), CA 19-9
- cancer genetic risk assessment questionnaire
- general practitioner consultation
- report with survey responses
Please note: The Cancer Risk Package is not intended to diagnose cancer. It is designed to assess the risk of developing cancer based on laboratory results and questionnaire data.
Kellele on pakett mõeldud?
Tervisesportlase pakett on mõeldud täiskasvanud harrastussportlastele ja aktiivse eluviisiga inimestele, kes soovivad saada põhjaliku ülevaate oma tervislikust seisundist ja kehalisest võimekusest ning treenida teadlikumalt ja eesmärgipärasemalt.
Pakett sobib nii regulaarsele treenijale ja võistluseks valmistujale kui ka inimesele, kes alustab treeningutega või naaseb aktiivse liikumise juurde pärast pikemat pausi.
Mida pakett sisaldab?
- spordiarsti või taastusarsti vastuvõtt ja tervisliku seisundi hindamine;
- vereanalüüside pakett;
- rahuoleku EKG;
- kopsufunktsiooni uuring ehk spiromeetria;
- kardiopulmonaalne koormustest (CPET) koos hingamisgaaside analüüsiga;
- EKG ja vererõhu jälgimine koormuse ajal;
- aeroobse võimekuse (VO₂peak/VO₂max) hindamine;
- ventilatoorsete lävede ja individuaalsete pulsipõhiste treeningtsoonide määramine;
- tulemuste arstlik analüüs ja personaalsed soovitused edasiseks treenimiseks.
Mida CPET sulle annab?
Kardiopulmonaalne koormustest annab oluliselt rohkem teavet kui tavapärane koormustest. Test võimaldab hinnata, kuidas süda, kopsud ja organism tervikuna füüsilisele koormusele reageerivad ning millised tegurid võivad kehalist võimekust piirata.
Tulemuste põhjal saad objektiivse ülevaate oma aeroobsest võimekusest ja individuaalsetest koormuslävedest. Samuti määratakse pulsipõhised treeningtsoonid, mis aitavad treeninguid teadlikumalt ja eesmärgipärasemalt planeerida.
Tulemuseks on terviklik ülevaade sinu tervislikust seisundist ja füüsilisest võimekusest ning personaalsed soovitused turvaliseks treenimiseks.

You can also conveniently use the paid health services of West Tallinn Central Hospital through the Stebby platform. This provides an excellent opportunity to use your employer’s health and sports benefit to support conscious self-care.
Through Stebby, you can purchase:
- “My Health” health check packages – suitable for assessing your overall health and supporting early prevention
- Paid rehabilitation services – such as physiotherapy and other rehabilitation procedures
How to use the service
- Log in to the Stebby platform.
- Search for “West Tallinn Central Hospital”.
- Choose the service you need and pay for it with your Stebby account.
- Booking instructions can be found in the description of the selected service in the Stebby platform.
- After payment, follow the booking instructions or contact our registration desk if needed.
