Paid services

Our paid services are designed for patients who wish to see a specialist or undergo examinations without a referral or for those who do not have health insurance. We also offer health packages for preventive check-ups and general health assessments.

Additionally, our Family Centre provides services that support the development and well-being of your child.

Paid appointment with a specialist

We welcome you to book a paid appointment with a specialist in the following cases:

  • You wish to see a specialist without a referral, in specialties that normally require one.
  • You want an examination or procedure without a referral (excluding radiological examinations and procedures, which still require a referral).
  • You would like to get a faster appointment than the Health Insurance Treatment Queue allows.
  • You need specialised medical care, but do not have health insurance from the Health Insurance Fund.

Important to know:

During a paid appointment, a specialist consultation is provided, and any additional examinations or procedures are available for a fee, according to the current price list.

The package includes:

  • cancer markers and related analyses: carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), CA 15-3, CA 125, CA 19-9, tumour antigen HE4, complete blood count, thyrotropin (TSH), alanine aminotransferase (ALT)
  • cancer genetic risk assessment questionnaire
  • general practitioner consultation
  • report with survey responses

The package for men includes:

  • cancer markers and related analyses: alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), prostate-specific antigen (PSA), free prostate-specific antigen (free PSA), complete blood count, thyrotropin (TSH), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), CA 19-9
  • cancer genetic risk assessment questionnaire
  • general practitioner consultation
  • report with survey responses

Please note: The Cancer Risk Package is not intended to diagnose cancer. It is designed to assess the risk of developing cancer based on laboratory results and questionnaire data.

You can also conveniently use the paid health services of West Tallinn Central Hospital through the Stebby platform. This provides an excellent opportunity to use your employer’s health and sports benefit to support conscious self-care.

Through Stebby, you can purchase:

  • “My Health” health check packages – suitable for assessing your overall health and supporting early prevention
  • Paid rehabilitation services – such as physiotherapy and other rehabilitation procedures

How to use the service

  1. Log in to the Stebby platform.

  3. Choose the service you need and pay for it with your Stebby account.
  4. Booking instructions can be found in the description of the selected service in the Stebby platform.
