About the department
The purpose of project management within the hospital is to support the continuous development of the organisation and to ensure that new initiatives are implemented efficiently and to a high standard. The project manager plans, coordinates and oversees various projects based on the strategic goals and needs of the hospital.
All projects are clearly planned, with a realistic schedule and a well-thought-out budget. The Project Manager works closely with the hospital departments, specialists, and external partners, monitoring progress and ensuring that activities meet agreed quality requirements.
An important part of the role involves identifying and resolving challenges, supporting project teams, and ensuring that objectives are achieved. Effective project management enables the hospital to continuously improve its services and provide patients with high-quality, modern healthcare.
