About the centre
The Radiology Centre provides a wide range of radiological examinations, including X-ray, ultrasound, dental panoramic imaging, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and computed tomography (CT).

Radiological tests
The primary mission of the Radiology Centre is to provide patients with comprehensive and accurate diagnostic imaging of internal organs, using the most innovative and safe methods in medical visualisation.
To achieve this we use:
• X-ray
• ultrasound
• magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
These technologies, used in combination, provide a complete overview of the body’s anatomical structures. West Tallinn Central Hospital offers radiological examinations in five different units.

!!! The X-ray Department at Nõmme Health Centre will be closed due to collective annual leave from 1 August to 31 August 2026.

Issuing radiological examination results on digital media
Dear patients, Lääne-Tallinn Central Hospital does not provide radiological images via email or any other online method.
To obtain your imaging results, please visit the Lääne-Tallinn Central Hospital radiology reception (Paldiski mnt 68, C-building, 3rd floor). You will need to complete an application, after which the images will be saved onto a USB flash drive for you to take with you. Only USB drives provided by our hospital may be used for this purpose.
This is a paid service. Please bring a valid form of identification with you.
Data is released to third parties only on the grounds established by current legislation or based on the authorization or consent of the data subject.
