Professional spaces for training and seminars


We offer high-quality training rooms and halls for short-term rental. Our facilities are ideally suited for medical training, seminars, and professional meetings. The premises are located at the Mustamäe Health Centre, Ehitajate tee 27.


Price list

We offer rooms of various sizes, all equipped with presentation technology, internet access, and Wi-Fi. The rental price depends on the room type and the duration of use.

  • Large training hall (up to 45 people), Mustamäe Health Centre, Ehitajate tee 27, €25 per hour + VAT / €150 per day + VAT
  • Small training hall (up to 15 people), Mustamäe Health Centre, Ehitajate tee 27, €20 per hour + VAT / €130 per day + VAT
  • Combined training halls (large and small), Mustamäe Health Centre, Ehitajate tee 27, €40 per hour + VAT / €200 per day + VAT

Parking

There are three rows of free parking spaces located directly in front of the health centre.

Parking around the building at Ehitajate tee 27 is managed by EuroPark. Parking is free for the first 15 minutes provided a parking clock (parking disc) is displayed. After this period, parking fees apply automatically in accordance with the provider's price list.

Parking charges:

First 15 minutes (with parking clock): Free

Every 30-minute period commenced: €0.50

Hourly rate: €1.00

24-hour rate: €15.00
