Water exercises for pregnant women

Water exercises at the Family Centre

Water-based exercise supports physical activity and well-being throughout pregnancy. Exercising in the pool will help relieve common pregnancy discomforts, improve overall well-being and prepare the body for childbirth. Sessions take place in a safe environment under the supervision of a professional instructor. The pool water temperature is 32-33 degrees.

Practical information

  • The lesson lasts 45 minutes
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts so you can shower and get changed
  • There are several sessions each day. The exact times can be found on the booking page.
  • Classes are held in the Family Centre of the Women's Health Clinic at Sõle 23 (the entrance is located behind the maternity hospital)
