Pregnancy preparation and support

The Family Centre at the Women's Health Clinic offers expectant parents comprehensive preparation for childbirth and the arrival of their baby. Our specialists support you throughout your pregnancy, offering both individual consultations and group sessions.

Family school

Family school is designed for pregnant women from the 20th week of pregnancy and their companions.

Lectures are held in Estonian and Russian.

Family school lectures are held:
  • In Estonian: Tuesdays at 5.30pm
  • In Russian: Thursdays at 5.30pm

Lectures take place on the ground floor of the Women's Health Clinic, Room 18.

To book a place in Family School, please call on weekdays from 8am to 4 pm.

We offer individual consultations in the following areas:

Yoga for pregnant women

Yoga classes are held:

  • Mondays at 5.30pm
  • Wednesdays at 5.30pm
