Clinical Neuropsychologist

• psychological assessment and consultation tailored to individual needs
• comprehensive neuropsychological assessment
• individual psychotherapy
• family therapy

• assessment of current assistive equipment, daily living needs, and any other additional support required
• assistance, where necessary, with preparing documentation for medical examinations
• consultations on home nursing services and the possibilities of different treatment and care facilities, including support with accessing benefits and formalising caregiver arrangements

• assessment of physical function and mobility, with the development of an individualised exercise program where appropriate
• assessment of the need for assistive equipment
• ongoing physiotherapy provided on an outpatient basis, as required

• physiotherapeutic assessment, including the use of targeted exercise equipment and medication therapy (Baclofen, Sirdalud, Dysport)

Diagnosis and treatment of vestibular disorders — Valeria Bida, Physiotherapist

• identification of the underlying causes of dizziness and balance disorders, with physiotherapeutic treatment provided where appropriate

Diagnosis and treatment of neurogenic bladder disorders — Inga Zopp, Ljudmilla Tugina

• measurement of residual urine using ultrasound
• teaching clean self-catheterization
• insertion, replacement and care of permanent catheters (epicystostomy)
• diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infections (UTIs)

• interferon therapy, copaxone-therapy nursing, and self-injection training for patients
