Midwife's help and advice for women

Our midwives provide advice and care for women on a range of health matters. At your appointment, you can receive professional guidance on contraception, vaccination and intimate health concerns.

You can book an appointment by calling 626 1314, via the online health portal, in person at the polyclinic reception, or by calling the maternity department on 666 5307 (Monday to Thursday: 8am to 6pm, Friday: 8am to 4pm).

To cancel an appointment, please call 626 1314, cancel via the online portal, email tyhistamine@keskhaigla.ee, or call the maternity department on 666 5307 (Monday to Thursday: 8am to 6pm, Friday: 8am to 4pm). When cancelling by email, please include your personal identification number, full name and the date of your appointment.

Midwife appointments are available at four locations:

Women's Health Clinic
Sõle 23, 2nd Floor
Opening hours: Monday to Wednesday, 7.30am to 7pm and Thursday to Friday, 7.30am to 5pm

Haabersti Health Centre
Õismäe tee 179, 2nd Floor
Health Centre opening hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
Registration opening hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Nõmme Health Centre
Jaama 11, 2nd Floor
Health Centre opening hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 6pm
Registration opening hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5pm

Mustamäe Health Centre

When to see a Midwife

You may wish to book an appointment if:

  • You would like advice on contraception or to renew your contraception prescription and do not need to see a doctor.
  • You would like information about HPV vaccination.
  • You have vaginal discharge and would like advice about it.
  • You would like to participate in cervical screening.
  • You would like testing for sexually transmitted infections.
