Self-guided swimming without an instructor
Independent swimming with your baby in the Family Centre
Self-guided swimming is designed for parents who are already experienced in water activities with their babies and do not need guidance. The service allows one family or group of friends (two adults with children) to spend 30 minutes in the pool and enjoy the water together.
Important information for visitors
- One family or group of friends (two adults with children) is welcome to attend.
- You have 30 minutes of pool time to enjoy together.
- Please arrive 15 minutes earlier to wash well before entering the water.
- If several people attend together, please note that only one changing room and washing area are available.
- Sessions take place at the Family Centre at Sõle 23 (the entrance is located behind the maternity hospital).
