Family Centre visitor guidelines

Use of services and booking

The Family Centre offers a wide range of services. Services can be booked through the online booking portal or by phone. All services require advance booking.

Booking classes

Advanced booking is required for all Family Centre services. You can book through the online booking portal or contact the reception by calling 666 5588, Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm.

Please note: on the 20th of each month, the schedule for the following month becomes available in the online booking system and booking opens for Family Centre classes and Family School lectures. Places in classes may become available daily due to cancellations, so you can check the system regularly and book newly available places.

To book classes through the online booking portal, you must log in using an ID-card, Mobile-ID or Smart-ID.

Please only attend classes with a healthy child. Sick children may pose a risk to other children who are attending the class.

Cancelling bookings

Bookings can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the start of the class.

If you do not attend a booked session, the full fee for the session will be charged.

Bookings can also be made shortly before a class if places become available. If you wish to visit the centre and take advantage of a cancelled place shortly before the class begins, please notify the reception by calling 666 5588, or book directly through the online booking portal.

We look forward to seeing you at the Family Centre.

Restroom

The restroom is available for feeding and caring for your child, and for relaxing after class. Parents may also take time to rest or read magazines. There are toys for children to play with and changing tables for baby care. In the restroom, there are breastfeeding cushions for comfortable feeding, as well as baby scales for weighing your baby.

Photographing and filming

If someone in a group class wishes to photograph or film members of their family, they must first obtain consent from all participants in the group. If any participant does not agree to photography or filming, then recording during the class is not permitted. The Family Centre occasionally organises classes or events where photography or filming takes place. Participants will always be notified before the start of the class.

Pram and stroller storage

The Family Centre has a locked storage area where prams and bicycles can be stored. The storage area can be accessed directly from the overpass. The reception will open the storage door when you arrive and when you leave. The storage room floor is heated, making it convenient to use even during rainy or snowy weather.

Cloakroom

We have an open, unattended cloakroom.

Please keep personal belongings, documents and valuables with you. The reception and other staff are not responsible for items left in the cloakroom.

Participants attending hall classes can change in the small changing room next to the cloakroom and store personal belongings in the lockable storage lockers.

Outdoor shoes must be left in the cloakroom. Inside the centre, please wear indoor shoes, socks or go barefoot.

Changing rooms for pool users

For those attending group swimming lessons, two changing rooms are available, each accommodating three people. They include a changing table and a lockable locker for each participant.

For those attending individual lessons or self-guided swimming, there is a separate changing room next to the pool, in which there is one changing table and two lockers.

When visiting the wet areas (massage rooms, bathrooms, washrooms), we recommend bringing indoor shoes.

Swimming pool

Beware: Floors in wet areas may be slippery!

  • Move carefully in the changing rooms, showers and pool area to avoid falls.
  • Wash yourself and your baby thoroughly without swimwear before entering the pool. Remove makeup if necessary. Showering after swimming is also recommended.
  • Swimwear is mandatory for all swimmers, including infants and toddlers.
  • To prevent accidents, swim nappies must be used for infants and toddlers. Swim nappies can be purchased from the reception.
  • Children may swim in the pool only when accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult is responsible for the child’s swimming ability and well-being.
  • Families are welcome to attend with up to two parents and three toddlers during family swimming sessions.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class time to allow enough time for changing and showering.
  • Long hair must be tied up.
  • It is recommended to disinfect your feet after leaving the pool area using personal disinfectant.
  • After showering, dry yourself and your baby before entering the changing room.
  • Food and drinks are not permitted in the pool area.
