Lectures in English
Family School English lecture information
We offer regular English lectures for expectant parents at the Family School of the Women's Health Clinic. Lectures are delivered over one month and cover all important topics related to childbirth and newborn care.
Time and topics of lectures
Family School lectures in English take place over one month (February, April, June, August, October and December) and cover the following topics:
- childbirth
- the role of the support person during childbirth
- breast milk and breastfeeding
- caring for the newborn
- introduction to the maternity hospital (free)
Registration and practical information
You can register for lectures in English through the veebiregistratuur.ee system.
On the 20th of each month, the schedule for the following month becomes available and booking opens.
A partner or support person does not need to be registered separately for a lecture. The price list can be found here.
Private lectures
If the scheduled lecture time is not suitable, a private lecture can be arranged (see price list). To arrange this, please contact us by email: perekool@synnitusmaja.ee
Each lecture lasts 1.5 hours.
