We offer a 30-minute individual or family swimming session at the Family Centre pool. This is a personal training session guided by a professional instructor.

Important information before you arrive
- Up to two adults with children are welcome to attend
- The session lasts 30 minutes.
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to shower before entering the pool
- Two lockers and a changing room with a baby changing table are available for you
- Please bring a swimming nappy or swim pants for the child
- After the session, babies can be fed in the restroom
- Sessions take place at the Family Centre at Sõle 23 (the entrance is behind the maternity hospital).
