Diabetes nurse appointment
The diabetes nurse provides specialist care to patients with diabetes, including:
- review of treatment plans and support with diabetes self-management
- ongoing monitoring of health status
- education and guidance to support effective diabetes management
Appointments are free of charge!
Diabetes nurse appointments are held at the Merimetsa Health Centre (Paldiski mnt 68a, 3rd floor) and Mustamäe Health Centre (Ehitajate tee 27, 2nd floor).
A doctor’s referral is required for the appointment to be free of charge. Without a referral, the appointment will be treated as a private (self-funded) visit. A referral from a doctor is required to come to the appointment, the patient is admitted free of charge. In the absence of a referral, admission is paid.
Booking an appointment
Appointments can be booked in person at polyclinics/health centres, through the online portal or by calling 626 1314.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to register at the health centre reception desk.
