In the General Surgery Department, we perform laparoscopic operations for gastric bypass, gallbladder, hernia, hiatal hernia, and lower limb veins, as well as sclerotherapy for varicose veins.
We also carry out emergency surgical shifts, during which all necessary operative procedures for the treatment of abdominal diseases are performed.
The department has one operating room, 20 beds, and two grade II intensive care beds, where an average of 1,200 patients are treated per year, and about 800 operations are performed.
