DENTAL CARE SERVICE PAID FOR BY THE HEALTH CARE INSURANCE FUND
Adults have the right to state-paid dental care in emergencies where death or serious harm could otherwise result. The need for emergency dental care is decided by a doctor. If a person has European health insurance, the Estonian Health Insurance Fund will pay for it. Emergency dental care for uninsured Estonian citizens is paid from the state budget via the Ministry of Social Affairs.
